Core Principles

The North Summit Realty Group is a real estate consulting firm specializing in up and coming New Builders, Real Estate Investors & Real Estate Developers.

Our day to day tasks involve dealing with land purchases, land entitlement, subdivision plats, product and floor plan design, model homes staging & staffing, marketing & social media content, HOA formation, CCRs, portfolio building, 1031 exchanges, seller finance, commercial sales & leasing, residential sales & leasing, as well as asset protection, real estate trusts, project underwriting & proforma’s, and all contracts related to the aforementioned.

Our commitment to our craft and clients requires continual education, self mastery, discipline and personal improvement.

In line with this, each team member is required to hold a real estate license and there is an expectation that each member performs to the following standards:

  • 6 hours minimum of CE classes per month, pertinent to our work.

  • 3 days minimum per week working in person with the team in office.

  • Being precise and attention to detail with the wording of all of your contracts and communications.

  • Thoroughly study and come to understand how our economy truly works to identify patterns and cycles to mitigate market changes.

  • Study and gain an intimate understanding of the Preamble Charter to the Realtor Code of Ethics, and adopt it as your north star for how you conduct yourself and your business.

  • Purpose and people over profit.
